Several colleagues were huddled near my workstation, and as I approached, one called out and stated, "Hey Mak, you no longer seem sad."
I looked at them inquisitively and wondered where this was leading to.
"You've been smiling to yourself," she said.
"Huh? When?"
"You've been wearing one all day," she replied.
"Yeah, it's more obvious when you're tinkering with your phone," another person added.
"Di naman," I said as I chuckled. "Bakit niyo ba ako tinitingnan? Masama bang ngumiti?"
"Hindi," they chorused.
"Pero I think something's up," Prince said grinning. But his remark fell on deaf ears as an alert sounded off.
A smile makes people curious, indeed.

it's good that you're smiling again. :D
uy kwento naman diyan
what was that text message, smiling sometimes mean that you got lucky the night before.
@engel: Yep. Sometimes it does so maybe I did get lucky. And then some. =)
@citybuoy: Yup! It's really been a while... =)
@thecurioscat: Magkuwento ka din muna. =P
Oh! Is it the fun date being claimed? ;)
@goodboi: Uhm... no. =P
I just took it off the list for some reason. =)
Another guessing game? Shoot man. Maybe you feel that you no longer need to date. Hmmm ;)
@goodboi: Guessing games are fun, right? =)
Or maybe, I found someone nice to date?
Who knows? =)
I don't think so. If the date hasn't happened yet because you have just found someone nice to date, then there's no reason for you to take the 'fun date(haha)' out of the list.
You can only scrap it off when it has already happened OR if not, it is bound to happen.
So I say that the date is coming. No more uncertainty. :)
@goodboi: You seem pretty sure of that. =)
Well it's all plainly based on what you said. Hands off, just putting logic on how the conversation went. ;)
@goodboi: Not everything can be explained by logic though. With that, I have to say that I like how you think. =P
Like from a beautiful mind, huh?
