On my way to the office yesterday morning, a friend sent me a message which read, "Take me to lunch". It was his SOS. So I asked him what happened. In a matter of minutes, he managed to tell me about his predicament, and in turn, I gave him my two cents - "You don't even know it yet", I said not forgetting to add the ever-assuring smiley.
I was, of course, pertaining to him having a typical emotional upset over something that has yet to happen. Not a minute has passed when I had an epiphany. It's weird that I get these intuitive perceptions in the unlikeliest places, at the unlikeliest of times.
"When you get up from a previous falling, you'll always come out a little stronger, a little more confident, a little more sure," I told him.
I'm not naive. I know things can turn out badly, especially when most variables are beyond our control. So I gave him something to look forward to, an ideal to cling on, a means to handle failure, just in case.
It worked for me, and I know it will work for everyone.
And as I was keying in the words, I couldn't help but feel a lot more confident, a lot more sure that I am.

failing leaves one many scars, and those can serve as inspiration for surviving each challenge that comes ones way. it's never easy, but never giving up indeed shows us that bad things do pass.
optimistic... tama yan... dapat lagi tayo optimistic in spite of all the challenges sa buhay.
