Strong Guy and the depowered Rictor tracked down a dupe of Jamie Madrox only to have Shatterstar attack them. He appeared to be controlled by the same entity who possessed their teammate M. Shatterstar was about to kill Strong guy when he experienced a sort of feedback that caused him to go back to his normal self. The first thing that he did, kiss his ex-teammate Rictor.

X-FORCE #13 Suicide Leper
"They were supposed to kill me to save you. They failed us both."
In a confrontation between X-Force and the techno-organic infected Leper Queen, the latter threatened to inject her prisoner, fellow X-Man Boom Boom with the deadly strain of Legacy Virus. On Woverine's order, Vanisher teleported behind the enemy and disarmed her. Wolverine demanded that she hand over the other two hostages but the Leper Queen said that they were sent to blow up the United Nations building. "Now kill me," she commanded. But before Wolverine and Domino can deliver the killing blow, Cyclops had them teleported to the future to hunt for Cable. The Leper Queen, frustrated that she didn't die, took a shot aimed at Boom Boom's head.

After beating Cyclops to a bloody pulp, Osborn ordered him to surrender but the fearless leader of mutantkind just laughed at him and taunted him - pointing out that the Void-less Sentry fled the fight after seeing the horror he's responsible for, and the arrival of the Valkyrie-powered Moonstar who will then make Osborn's big gun, Ares succumb to surrender.

The undead minion then plunged his hand on the ground and infected it with the techno-organic strain, effectively resurrecting the millions of mutants who died there.
